Delivery is charged at £5.50 per order for UK delivery, £17.50 per order for Australia, Canada, Colombia, Indonesia, Japan, Mexico, Russia, Singapore and USA, and £10.00 per order for all other countries. Please allow up to 5 working days for your parcel to arrive.
- Returns Process

To return a Product and obtain a refund please follow the following steps within seven working days of receiving the product:
- Send an email to: returns@brutus-trimfit.com with your name, address, order reference notifying us of the reason for return
- Package the parcel securely reusing the original packaging if possible
- Enclose the order confirmation note inside the parcel giving the reason for the return
- Return the package to Brutus via the Post Office and for your protection we advise that you obtain a 'Proof of Posting Certificate'
- Please do not use a courier service

The Product must be returned to us:
- Within seven days of notifying us of the cancellation
- In the same condition in which you receive them (except to the extent reasonably necessary for you to examine them)
- At your own cost and risk.
You have a legal obligation to take reasonable care of the Products while they are in your possession. If you fail to comply with this obligation, we may have a right to claim the cost of any deterioration from you.
You will not have any right for a refund for the supply of any Products that have been customized or made to your own specifications unless such Products were damaged or faulty when delivered to you or have been incorrectly delivered.
You can track the status of your order by signing into your account, where you will be able to find details of your order and whether it has been dispatched. Deliveries are made by UPS.
Once your package has been despatched, you will receive an email notifying you. It will contain a tracking number that you can use on the UPS web site to see where your parcel is in the delivery process.

If you have a discount code, this can be applied to your order on the 'My Basket' page. Simply enter your discount code in the form provided at the bottom of your basket page and click 'Apply Voucher'.
The discount will be applied to your order if the code is valid, and your discount will be displayed along with the order total at the bottom of the page.
You can also remove a voucher code from you order if you wish, by clicking the 'Cancel Voucher' button.
